Our objective with our tool for a Healthy Organisation is to promote intrinsic motivation within the members of the organisation, based on fluid and effective communication, leadership and cooperation.
We have developed the the 5 C’s model (Confianza-Trust, Claridad-Clarity, Crecimiento-Growth, Cuidado-Care and Comunidad- Community), upon which the satisfaction and engagement of the employees shall be sustained. Our method procedure consists of three phases: Diagnosis, Intervention and Transformation.
Additionally, we design workshops for the development of leadership and communication skills. Such workshops have a participative and interactive orientation and from their inception provide the participants with specific tools that help them carry out their day to day tasks and overall praxis.
Matters to be tackled are diverse and are always adapted to every situation and the necessities of every person, team and organisation. The skills acquired can range from the growth of a healthy leadership to the fostering of a collaborative management, conflict resolution through specific communication abilities, acquiring negotiation skills, the development of an active and empathic listening, or the handling of emotions in times of crisis.
